We hear it all the time that design is important. Companies like Target have reinvented themselees by bringing design to the masses, but what does that have to do with a bootstrapping company? How much is appropriate to spend? Do I need help with IA/UX? web design? branding/id? product design? We hope to have answers, or at least opinions, on how to pick the lowest hanging fruit.
